Have a very SERIOUS question.. I watched Kelly video on elbow position.. very informative btw! And I NEED to know what's everyone's go to BRA? It cannot be anything shefit or sports related bc they just don't work for me. I wear NON elastic type now but still need added support with a cheap stretchy sports type over the non stretchy every day bra to ride in.... it's a pain related issue so the girls don't bounce around lol Thestruggleisreal Edit.. my elbows have been glued to my ribs bc I unconsciously am holding my girls by clamping my arms to my chest and flexing my pecks.. it also creates a more forward leaning upper body position, compensating for the limited reach of my arms..
