I’m really glad to see that @Demitria Batchelder is doing ballet stretching exercises on Stall High. Fitness is one of my passions, I do HIIT weightlifting, cardio and walk 5 days a week and on my off days I stretch and walk. On my off days I’ve recently incorporated Demitra’s exercise program. I feel that if I treat my horse like an athlete with exercise, stretching, supplements and feed shouldn’t we be doing the same?. There has been countless times over the years me being in shape it has saved me from injuries with my horse trying to unload me or spooking etc or making a run and my balance and being in shape has saved me. I’m 60 years old and they say you start to Lose your muscle and balance after 60 and once you loose it you can’t get it back. I workout to and follow Sydney Cummings houdyshell on utube. I have converted one of my guest rooms into my gym. This was my workout today. 30 min Legs and glutes 45 seconds seconds per exercise with 15 seconds rest and complete 3 rounds of each exercise before moving on. Exercises: 1. Front Squat 2. Split Squat Left 3. Split Squat Right 4. Heel Lifted Goblet Squats 5. Step Ups 6. Banded Squat and Calf Raise 7. RDL 8. Hamstring Curls 9.
